NEW Summer Entertaining
Enjoy our fabulous Canadian summers with easy dishes for entertaining on the patio and at the lake. Menu ideas will feature seasonal produce and herbs to prepare small dishes meant for grazing as well as meat, seafood and vegetable dishes that can be easily grilled while you are visiting with your guests.

Notes: These are demonstration classes with time to interact with a professional chef and taste the cuisine. Long hair must be tied back and closed-toed shoes must be worn for all classes. We recommend you bring various sized containers based on the type of class you are attending, a bottle of water and an apron.
