The benefits of yoga include improved circulation, range of motion, and an increased overall sense of well-being. Chair yoga is designed for people who may have limited mobility. Join us for breathing, stretching, and twisting while seated and progress to standing and balancing positions according to your ability. Caregivers are also invited to attend and learn instructional strategies.
