Experience seven different types of meditation and have the opportunity to see how each feels and which might be right for you. Learn the science of meditation and stress, and gain a better understanding of how both can impact your life. By the end of the course you will have the tools and resources to continue practicing the Mindfulness, Mantra & Mala, Music, Walking, Chakra, Visualization and Yoga Nidra ways of meditation.
