Extreme Film Production

If you enjoy making short films and want to earn high school credits, this is the course for you!  Extreme Film Production provides an introduction to the art and history of cinema with a focus on the roles and responsibilities on a film set.  Students will create short films for the course as well as their own film portfolio.  Experience the filmmaking process from the conception of the idea through to storyboarding, scripting, shooting and editing.

NOTE:
No prerequisites, open to students entering Grades 10 to 12 in September 2022.

The four CTS credits students will earn are:
ENT1010 - Challenge & Opportunity
COM1910 - Project A
COM1105 - Audio/Visual
COM1005 - Visual Composition

Credit Course Fees:

• Refundable deposit fee $80 (upon successful completion of all four credits)
