Sound and Vibrational Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls
Himalayan singing bowls are part of the traditional Ayurvedic healing arts from Nepal, Tibet and Northern India and have been used in meditation to create deeper relaxation states. The soothing resonance may promote relief from anxiety, depression and anger. This course explores the theories, techniques and applications of the bowls.

Notes: All equipment will be provided in class. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and your own bowl(s) if preferred.
