Did you know that many chefs consider the knife to be the most important tool in the kitchen? Through demonstration and hands-on experience you will learn knife terms, sharpening techniques and simple cutting skills to make you look like a pro. This class is sure to sell out quickly. This is a hands-on class where you are the chef and you will take home your tasty creations.

Notes: Tie long hair back and wear closed-toe shoes. Recommend to bring a water bottle and several different sizes of containers. Apron is optional.
