Nordic Pole Walking
This is a low-impact exercise that provides benefits for health, wellness and fitness. Walking utilizes muscles in the lower half of the body but pole walking adds the use of your upper body. Bring good walking shoes, comfortable clothing and Nordic type poles if you have them. A limited number of walking poles will be available for class use.
