Explore the world of pastry to make your favourite sweet treats. We will look into various types of sweet pastries such as puff pastry, short crust, and choux pastry. Get ready to master the techniques in this hands-on class making tarts, profiteroles and turnovers.

This is a hands-on class where you are the chef and you will take home your tasty creations.

Course Fee: $65.00 + GST

Notes: Tie long hair back and wear closed-toe shoes. Recommend to bring a water bottle and several different sizes of containers. Apron is optional.
