NEW Rustic Italian: Southern Italy (Sartu Region) 

Explore delicious dishes from southern Italy. We will tranform risotto into wonderful arancini, and dough into margherita pizza and panzerroti. That's amore!

NEW Rustic Italian: Northern Italy (Vento Region) 

Discover delicious dishes from northern Italy such as tempting tortellini, traditional risi e bisi, and then satisfy your sweet tooth with fritole. 
Nov 7 (Th) 6–9 pm | 3 Hrs

NEW Rustic Italian: Best of Italy 

Enjoy the best Italy has to offer! Learn how to prepare popular staples such as veal braciola and homemade gnocchi with a variety of traditional sauces. 
Dec 5 (Th) 6–9 pm | 3 hrs 

These are demonstration classes with time to interact with a professional chef and taste the cuisine.
