Latin American and Caribbean food is expansive, with robust flavours from diverse cultural histories. From the Mayans and Aztecs to European colonizers and modern global transplants, it features a spectrum of ingredients that spotlights fresh seafood, unique agriculture and distinctive seasonings to create the trendiest cuisine of 2019! We hope to guide you with a sampling of dishes to whet your appetite for all things deliciously Latino and leave you wanting uno mas!

This is a demonstration class with time to interact with a professional chef and taste the cuisine.

Course Fee: $65.00 + GST
