This is a hands-on experience in all components of sausage making and prepares you to be able to grind and season sausages at home with very basic equipment. From selecting fresh meat, grinding, stuffing the casings, and cooking or smoking, you will learn everything you need to know to create your own delicious sausage. It's not as difficult—or as messy—as you may think!
This is a hands-on class where you are the chef and you will take home your tasty creations.
