Strategies for Social-Emotional Learning

Preschool and elementary aged children (ages 4–12) often have difficulty identifying and controlling their emotions, understanding their strengths and managing stress. This is especially true of children who have unregulated behaviors (ex. tantrums, lashing out), mild disabilities or are one of the spectrum disorders. Explore strategies to help these children so that they can better manage their emotions and understand others in order to build healthy relationships and make wise choices. This course is designed for EAs, educators, childcare workers, parents and those who want to learn more about this subject.

Course Fee: $45.00 + GST
