Discover a fresh and healthy choice of appetizers for spring and summer entertaining. Learn how to make proper sushi rice and several variations of California rolls and fresh spring rolls. Enjoy the unique flavours, textures and beautiful presentation with flavourful dips. Banzai!

This is a hands-on class where you are the chef and you will take home your tasty creations.
