Tourtiere Baking (NEW)

The iconic French Canadian meat pie deserves an evening unto itself! Explore various recipes for tourtiere fillings for pies, tarts and appetizer-size hand pies. There will also be the many accompaniments that go well with tourtiere: sauces, potato dishes and a special maple dessert. Just in time for the holidays!

This is a demonstration class with time to interact with a professional chef and taste the cuisine.

Course Fee: $65.00 + GST

Materials Fee: $25.00 + GST
