Walk Your Way to Good Health (NEW)

Exercise does not need to be intense or exhausting to promote good health. Join a walking fitness class that will have you venturing outdoors and through your local neighborhoods. Connect with nature, meet new friends, and hit your goal of 10,000 steps for the day. Walking fitness classes are a great way to motivate you to commit to a weekly walking schedule. Class is suitable for beginners.
