Young Chef Boot Camp

Get serious about building and developing your culinary skills with award-winning chef Herb Hess. This is a unique opportunity for those who are interested embarking on a lifetime love of cooking. Students will learn basic culinary skills for food prep, cooking, baking and presentation. Don’t forget the best part—tasting!

Open to youth entering Grades 5-9 in September, 2019.

Supervision of children partaking in summer camps is not provided before 8:45 am or after 3:15 pm.

Course Fee: $266.00 + GST

Materials Fee: $50.00 + GST

Daily from 9:00am to 3:00pm

Course Length: 30 hours

Location: Lakeland Ridge School

Notes: For youth in grades 5-9. We recommend bringing containers for any leftovers, closed-toe shoes, hair tie and a water bottle. There is no supervision of youth for this camp prior to 8:45 am or after 3:15 pm.
