Ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? Broaden your knowledge and skills with award-winning chef Herb Hess. Explore a variety of new recipes from around the world and leave with new techniques, increased confidence and an appreciation for what we eat.
NOTE: Recommended for students who either completed Boot Camp or who have kitchen experience and a love of cooking.
Open to youth entering grades 6-9 in September, 2019.
Supervision of children partaking in summer camps is not provided before 8:45 am or after 3:15 pm.
